Voila Catering in Portland specializes in gourmet food and professional service for formal dinner parties, company & non-profit events,  business receptions, elegant cocktail parties, fundraising benefits, business open houses, hors d’oeuvres parties, wedding receptions, and upscale catered food & wine paired meals. We cater large and small elegant events in the greater Portland Oregon area.  It is only with our professional event Chefs and our own on-site commercial cooking equipment that we are able to provide the best catered food for you and your guests will ever enjoy.

Our Food:  All our catering menus are custom created by our Executive Chef, Tamara Kay, just for your event, theme, season and budget. Your event is unique and we are proud that no two of our events are ever the same!   Click here for our Catering Menu options.  Our menu ingredients are always fresh, always when possible local, and always seasonal. Our professional chefs make all of our vibrant menus items from scratch, never using pre-prepared frozen "products", out-of-season produce, or pre-made sauces or dressings. To stay focus on our mission to provide only the best quality food catered for your event, our company does not offer boxed lunches, party trays, or dessert platters.

Wine-Paired Menus:  Executive Chef Tamara Kay can develop custom wine-paired menus either choosing wines to go with your foods or developing menus to go with particular wines.  Chef Tamara has developed many wine paired menus for the premium wines of Adelsheim and Trisaetum Wineries.   Click here for a recent menus created for the for the specific wines at a Wine Club Dinners.

Catering Quality:  To achieve our high food quality standards, Voilà Catering's food is always cooked and prepared on-site.   Our delicate finger foods are assembled on site by a skilled chef, as they neither travel very well nor hold long enough for transportation.  To minimize hot holding time and maximize quality, we will bring our commercial cooking equipment to the venue if needed so your guest will have the best quality food possible.  We invite you to experience the difference of our restaurant-quality, gourmet food... even your most discriminating guest will be thrilled!

Bay Shrimp Cosmo with Vermouth Vinagrette by Voila Catering in PortlandCatering Gratuities & Fees:  Our chefs and servers are professionals and it is our  standard expectation that we everyone on our team provides excellent service and wonderful food.  Voilà Catering does not have required or expected gratuities, which may range from 18% to 20% at other Portland catering companies.  With Voila Catering all expected costs are presented up-front and honestly, without any post-event surprises.

Event Rentals:  As presentation is an integral part of the food quality, Voilà Catering will  provide rental china plates, stainless steel flatware, elegant glassware and our standard selection of quality linens in over 42 colors plus many specialty linens.  Voila Catering charges standard industry prices for rentals with no additional markup.

Catering and Event Planning:  Voilà Catering provides Event Planning Services including three hours and a site visit option.  Voilà Catering's event planners will take the worries out of your next event with site selection, decorations, tables & chairs, and planning the schedule.  With a single contact point who is responsible and accountable everything, you will eliminate the confusion of managing multiple event suppliers and saving you the additional costs of an event planner.
